Information clause contact and correspondence with WCD Sp. z o.o.

According to art 13 clauses 1-2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), please be informed that:

  1. Personal data Controller

    The data controller is WCD Sp. z o.o., with its seat in Warsaw (02-958), at ul. Stanisława Kostki Potockiego 2 lok. 2, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000943104, Regon 52094520600000 VAT number: PL9512532638, (Wecode Agency).

  1. The basis for processing of personal data:

    We will process your personal data for the purpose of traditional or electronic correspondence in connection with the sent inquiry.

    Depending on the situation, personal data may include: name, address, e-mail, telephone number and other information contained in the message

    The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:

    1. the user's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) resulting from user contact via website and desire to receive electronically information on the topic of interest
    2. legitimate interest of Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to your inquiry as well as informing you about our activities and promoting our products and services,
    3. after the communication with the user is completed- the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in archiving the communication, to fulfill the requirement of accountability and for the purpose of defending against potential user claims.


  1. Obligation to provide data, grant consent

    Entering the data is voluntary, however processing of your data is required in order to conduct correspondence and use electronic communications for this purpose.


  1. For the purpose of recruitment, we may process your data:
    • forename (forenames) and surname;
    • contact data indicated by you;
    • other data placed on your own initiative in the CV;

  1. Recipients of personal data

    Recipients of personal data are providers of postal services, hosting, IT service, with whom we have entered into relevant data processing agreements in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR


  1. How long will my personal data be processed?

    The personal data submitted in the contact form and other communication channels will be processed for the time necessary to conduct communication, its archiving for the purpose of managing mutual relations or for the time necessary to ensure defense against possible claims.


  1. Right to lodge a complaint
